04/05/2016 - Google Award for Talented Data Journalists won by two of our students

Adam Nedvěd and Tomáš Ducháček have won the prestigious Google Award for Talented Data Journalists for their analysis of Czech procurement court cases. Their analyses have been defended at our Institute as Bachelor theses under supervision of Jan Soudek and Jiří Skuhrovec. Congratulations!

 E-klub invites you to lecture with discussion called: Do economists need to know history of economics? (and how much of it?) The lecture will take place 12.11. at 17:00 in room 109. As a main speaker we will welcome prof. David M. Levy (George Mason University), followed by short presentations of prof. Jan Kmenta (University of Michigan, CERGE-EI) and doc. Tomáš Cahlík (IES).
