Abstract: |
This book provides the reader with a wider context of financial literacy, households´ indebtedness and the Czech consumer credit market including relevant legal, regulatory and supervisory issues. It consists of 12 chapters and encompasses three main parts: Part 1 offers an empirical analysis in 6 chapters of the views of various stakeholders on the Czech consumer credit market. Part 2 reviews theoretical issues across 6 chapters and discusses the key findings of our research and Part 3 comprises concluding remarks and recommendations regarding responsible lending. Regarding the book´s complexity, it follows the conventions of the Law and Economics branch of science. |
