| Abstract: | The aim is to show how important was a phenomenon of arms during a very short period of time from an economic point of view. The individual chapters are discussed the effects of the most important events of the First Republic to develop defense industry and the connection between the Ministry of National Defense and the Czechoslovak arms companies. Particular attention is paid to the issue of arms export and I try to determine a degree of mutual interaction of arms export and the national economy. And especially after it began the full show of the new threat of global conflict and raised the question of whether to prefer a bigger reserve of weapons, ammunition and military equipment in view of losses of foreigner exchange , or vice versa. |
