| Abstract: | This research examines the evolution of the commercial office sector in Central and Eastern European countries, which have experienced long-term and substantial increases in real estate prices in recent years. A error correction model was constructed to examine the connection between property prices and macroeconomic variables. The model considers both demand and supply factors impacting the market. The study utilizes fixed effects models and an error correction model to analyze the prices of commercial properties in the CEE region. |
