In my school work I describe Czech pension system from its Austro-Hungarian Empire roots through its most important law modifications to the present day, when we can feel a necessity of its new reform; I outline a possible future development of our pension system, especially in context of ongoing and expected demographic changes. I also analyse pension environment in three chosen countries – Chile, Sweden and United Kingdom – which can become (and it happens) an inspiration for other countries facing with unsuitable state of present regulations. |
