Abstract: |
This study describes the establishment and functioning of the structural policy of the European Union. It is mainly focused on the structural policy and its implementation in the Czech Republic. At first it shows the position of the Czech Republic as a candidate country and its opportunities to draw from the Pre-accession Aid Programmes. The next part contains a case study of a Phare 2001 project and the last part dedicated to the Czech Republic comprises the identification of the areas to which the means should be aimed to. The last part of the study contains a few published suggestions for the Financial Perspective 2007-2013 and their influence of the structural policy of the European Union. |
