| Abstract: | This study describes the health care concepts and its financing in the view of the theory and reality. It is devided into four parts. At first it is trying to create the theoretical background for the models, that are taken into account in the second part. The next part contains a case study of health care system and financing in Sweden and the USA. The last part of the study focuses on the current situation of the health care financing in the Czech Republic. |
