Firstly is described the situation on the beginning of 1990’s and the forms of state’s property privatization. The biggest part of this chapter is concentrated on the voucher privatization – conditions of its rise, criterias for fund’s participation, development of the waves and their results.
The next chapter is concentrated on problems, which came after the end of the voucher privatisation. This period ends in 1998, when the amendment was approved, which stongly changed rules of the game. The situation around this amendment is the basis of this chapter.
The next chapter is concentrated on the next development of funds. It was quite without any problems. The only significant change was the joining of EU and introducing of funds with so called european passport.
The last chapter is concentrated on the present-day situation on the field of collective investment – conditions for funds founding, number of subjects existing here now etc.
