||Bachelor thesis Possibilities of owner-occupied housing financing has several aims. Firstly to characterize most common products used in housing financing in the Czech market – mortgage credits and building savings. Further to list government programs supporting housing affordability, illustrate present circumstances in this field and think about its efficiency. The most ambicious objective is to review the position of model households following the availability analysis of mortgages. My interest is focused mainly on the youngest generation, so that‘s why I would like to answer the question whether they have sufficient economic power to purchase their own dwelling.
