Abstract: | Abstract in English This paper deals with economic policy of Tony Blair’s governments from the point of view of economic theory; to be precise, it tries to answer the question to which extent can those policies be viewed as keynesian. Paper includes brief description of monetary and fiscal policy framework, tax system and employment policies. The following analysis of monetary, fiscal and employment policy shows (as far as the author is concerned) that theoretical background of policy measures taken in those areas cannot be keynesianism. |
