This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of The Great Depression. It describes one of the most interesting periods of economic history from the point of view of the members of The Czech Economic Association who presented their opinions in the lectures of this association in years 1931-1938. The members of the association analyzed in these lectures the depression in the world and also in their own country, they tried to find the real causes of this depression, analyzed economic policies implemented during this depression and they suggested possible solutions and ways how to recover from this situation. |
