  • Czech Journal of Economics and Finance je impaktovaný žurnál, který přímo navazuje na Finance a úvěr, vydávaný od roku 1953, IES FSV UK je vydavatelem od roku 1997. Časopis zveřejňuje články v oblasti makroekonomie, monetární ekonomie, financí a veřejných financí. Hlavní editor: Roman Horváth. Editoři: Jarko Fidrmuc, Martin Fukač, Evžen Kočenda, Štefan Lyócsa, Ondřej Schneider, Laurent Weill. Časopis je indexovaný mj. v databázích Scopus a Web of Science.
  • IES Working Papers prezentují aktuální výzkumné výstupy ještě před stádiem publikace v recenzovaných periodicích. Editory pro jednotlivé oblasti jsou doc. Jozef Baruník (Econometrics, Finance), prof. Roman Horváth (Macroeconomics), prof. Karel Janda (Microeconomics) a doc. Ondřej Schneider (Economic Policy). Vycházejí od roku 2001.
  • IES Occasional Papers je řada výzkumných studií zaměřených na tvůrce hospodářské politiky a na širší odbornou veřejnost. Vycházejí od roku 2001 v počtu několika ročně. Editorem je doc. Ondřej Schneider.
