Description: Advanced Topics in Corporate Finance is a graduate course designed to provide the student with an advanced background of the
responsibilities, concerns and methods of analysis employed by corporate financial managers in financing firms. The course introduces
advanced topics related to private (e.g., banks) and public (e.g. corporate bonds) markets to raise debt, credit risk analysis and credit
derivatives. Basics of corporate finance would be helpful, but not mandatory.
