Popis:	Klíčová slova: finanční stabilita, bankroty, corporate governance, risk management, globální krize Probíhající globální finanční krize zasáhla regulaci rady odvětví finančního sektoru jako jsou bankovnictví, řízení rizik, úpadkové procedury a správa obchodních společností. Tento projekt se soustředí na analýzu rizika bankovního sektoru a finančních trhu, jakož i na potenciální institucionální reakce na tuto krizi. Výstupem projektu budou nejen nové teoretické výsledky, ale také původní empirické výstupy založené na datech za období od prvních příznaků krize až do doby očekávaného konce krize. Projekt dále přispěje k formulaci praktických doporučení týkajících se optimálního designu institucionálních a regulatorních změn ve finančním sektoru. Výsledky grantu jsou pravidelně diskutovány v rámci speciálního semináře ELBF - Economics and Law in Banking and Finance (http://ies.fsv.cuni.cz/cs/syllab/ELBF).
