The thorough summarz of Czech privatiyation proces in the first half of 1990´s prepared by team of Charles University led by the main author and editor M.Mejstrik. The monography systematically deals with the privatization points of departure and the crucial privatization processes - restitution, small privatization, large privatization of enterprises by coupons (mass privatization), different forms of case by case sale or their transformation. Teoretical-empirical analyses then result in the number of characteristics of Czech processes. |
