| Abstract: | The Scottish Adam Smith is certainly a historical figure who fascinates and inspires the generations of economists. This bachelor thesis aims to trace the impact of his philosophy to the Czech economists both – in their theoretical writings and also in contemporary economic textbooks. Special attention is devoted to the Czech translations of Smith’s works as well as the introduction of the new concepts of terminology associated with the works of A. Smith. |
