Abstract: | Participation economy as whole, participating segments and participating companies in comparison with classical capitalistic ownership. It describes non-standard behaviour of participating companies when demand grows, prices grows or when costs decline. In second part of the study are described case studies comparing collating separate forms of ownership in developed western economies. Also externalities of participation on political involvement are being investigated. Very important seems summary of legislative implemented in western economies and possible implications for the Czech economy. Conclusion summarizes and compares theory with case studies. The idea of necessity of pension reform in the Czech Republic is raised. |
