The goal of this thesis is to map out the situation in the field of quality management, with the focus on the quality management systems according to the ISO 9000 standards. The first part talks about the history and the development of the quality management, about the basic principles of the ISO 9000 standards. The second (practical) part describes the quality management in the Czech Republic. The situation in the field of services and tourism is then analyzed in greater detail, especially the quality management in the travel agency Čedok, Inc. |
