| Abstract: | The paper deals with the actual issue of school fees on universities in the Slovak and Czech republic. At first it addicts theoretical base of subject – human capital and investments into it. The centre of paper consists in analyse of practical aspects of implementing school fees in conditions Slovak and Czech republic. There are summarized main problems of higher education and in detail described existing proposals of changes in financing. Last chapters are about discussions and attitudes of society in Slovak and Czech republic. The paper deal with reasons for which the disputs about school fees started and analyses the arguments which are for and againts school fees. |
