Abstract: | I focus on describing centrally planned economy which is based on the theory of Marxism-Leninism. The empirical experiences proved that system based on canceling of private ownership and restricting basic civil rights and freedom is completely uneffective and irrational. The only aim of the leaders is keeping their positions and economic power. I try to describe the main principles of behavior of people and enterprises in non-market economy and its consequences for economic characteristics as money, price, profit and domestic product. Finally I add breif economic development and main experiments of economic reforms which never went behind the mantinels of central planning and than coudn´t be successful. |
