| Abstract: | Goal of this paper is to review one of the most ambitious forecasts of J.A.Schumpeter after more than sixty years. The forecast concerns the development towards socialism, due to disintegration of property rights institution. Although quite broad overview of whole argumentation is presented, the core of the work is the analysis of institutional changes. Finally quite surprising outcome is reached – that we cannot deny the Schumpeter's hypothesis, even after such period. |
